Spoken Rant to Calm Factual Statement Converter
Turn a voice-note transcript or angry draft into a statement of facts.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Convert my unedited account into a calm, factual statement. My raw words, pasted exactly as I said or wrote them, including anger and guesses: [RAW_ACCOUNT]. The company or person involved: [OTHER_PARTY]. The documents I have: [DOCUMENTS]. The outcome I want: [DESIRED_OUTCOME].
Work in four passes. Pass one: list every factual claim in my account with a tag (event, amount, date, statement by them, my opinion, guess about motives, emotion) and show the list as a table. Pass two: for each factual claim, say whether I have a document for it, and mark claims without proof as 'memory'. Pass three: write a statement of 150 to 250 words in date order that keeps events, amounts and quotations, removes insults and speculation, and moves my feelings into one plain sentence about the effect on me ('This has cost me three days of work'). Pass four: list questions to answer before sending, such as missing dates or numbers.
Keep my meaning. Do not add facts, change quotations, or soften amounts. Replace guesses with the neutral form 'I do not know why' and keep a separate list of what was removed so I can check it.
This is not legal advice. Name no rule I did not supply. Use [JURISDICTION] and [RELEVANT_LAW_OR_POLICY_IF_KNOWN] as given. Point me to a consumer agency. Keep every draft calm and fair.

Raw: 'They are total crooks, took my 240 and then said the course was never cancelled, I called ten times, the manager Dave was rude.' Table: 'took my 240' - amount, document: card statement. 'said the course was never cancelled' - their statement, no document. 'I called ten times' - event, memory (call history available). 'Dave was rude' - opinion. Statement: 'I paid 240 on 3 March for a course. The course was cancelled on 12 March according to the email I received. On 15 March I was told by phone that it had not been cancelled. I called on ten occasions between 15 and 28 March and have a call log. I ask for a refund of 240. This has cost me several hours of work.'
