Build a clean complaint timeline from my raw material. Who the complaint is about and the product or service: [COMPANY_AND_SERVICE]. My notes, pasted exactly as they are, including dates I am unsure of: [RAW_NOTES]. Messages, receipts and reference numbers I have: [DOCUMENT_LIST]. Today's date: [TODAY_DATE].

Work in this order. First, list every event you can find with a date or an approximate date, and mark each date as confirmed by a document, remembered, or unknown. Second, put the events in a table with columns Date, Event in one factual sentence, Source (document name or 'my memory'), and Gap or question. Third, flag contradictions, missing days, and events where I describe motives or feelings instead of facts, and suggest a neutral rewording. Fourth, count the days between the first problem and today and between my first complaint and the first reply, showing the arithmetic. Fifth, write a 100-word summary paragraph that a stranger could read in 30 seconds.

Return the table first, then the list of questions you need me to answer to close the gaps, then the summary. Do not add events I did not mention.

This is not legal advice. Name no rule I did not supply. Use [JURISDICTION] and [RELEVANT_LAW_OR_POLICY_IF_KNOWN] as given. Flag where I need expert help. Promise no result.

Date | Event | Source | Gap or question
3 May | Ordered the oven, paid 549 | Order email | none
9 May | Delivered; door of the oven scratched | Photo (9 May) | Was the delivery slip signed?
11 May | Called support; told a repair would be arranged | My memory | Call reference? Time?
Days between delivery and first complaint: 11 May minus 9 May = 2 days.
Summary: I bought an oven on 3 May that arrived scratched on 9 May. I called on 11 May and was promised a repair, but no visit has taken place as of 29 May (20 days). I ask for a replacement or refund.
