Create an evidence index for my complaint. The dispute in one sentence: [DISPUTE_SUMMARY]. The claims I want to prove (list them): [CLAIMS_TO_PROVE]. Files and items I have, with their names or descriptions: [EVIDENCE_ITEMS]. Items I think I might be able to get: [POSSIBLE_EVIDENCE].

Produce a table with Exhibit number, Description, Date, What it proves, Which claim it supports, and Strength (strong, partial or weak) with a one-line reason. Group exhibits by claim. Then list which claims have no supporting exhibit, and which exhibits support nothing and can be left out to keep the pack short. Suggest a file-naming convention such as 'Ex03_2024-05-09_delivery-photo' and a one-page cover sheet format. Finally, list five documents or records I could request from the other side or a third party, and the plain wording to ask for each.

Do not describe any item I have not listed. If an item is a screenshot, remind me to capture the date and web address in the image.

I want help, not legal advice. Quote no statute from memory. Use [JURISDICTION] and [RELEVANT_LAW_OR_POLICY_IF_KNOWN] as given. Point me to a consumer agency. Keep every draft calm and fair.
