Write a three-email sequence for a dispute with [COMPANY_NAME]. The issue and reference: [ISSUE_AND_REFERENCE]. What I have already done: [PRIOR_STEPS]. What I want: [DESIRED_OUTCOME]. The people or departments I can address: [CONTACTS].

Email 1 (day 1) is a clear request with the facts, the ask, and a date for reply. Email 2 (day 7) follows up, quotes the first email's date, adds one new piece of evidence or detail, and asks for a named case owner. Email 3 (day 14) restates the ask, says what I will do next in lawful terms such as contacting a regulator or using a payment dispute process, and gives a final date. Keep each email under 150 words, with subject lines that include the reference. Add a recommended recipient for each (support, manager, executive office), a send-time tip, and a tracker table.

Make the tone firm but friendly, and state no legal conclusions. Mark anything about deadlines or rights [VERIFY].

I want help, not legal advice. Cite no time limit you cannot source. Use [JURISDICTION] and [RELEVANT_LAW_OR_POLICY_IF_KNOWN] as given. Flag where I need expert help. Keep every draft calm and fair.

Email 1, subject 'Ref 55120: refund request for faulty oven':
'I bought an oven on 3 May (order 55120). It stopped heating on 12 May. I attach the receipt and engineer's report. Please refund 549 or replace it. A reply by 15 May would help.'
Email 2 (day 7), to a manager: 'I wrote on 15 May without a reply. I've attached a photo of the error code. Could you name a case owner?'
Email 3 (day 14): 'I'd like a decision by 29 May. If I don't hear, I will ask my card issuer to review the charge.'
