Design an Airtable base for customer feedback. Sources of feedback: [SOURCES]. Products or areas: [AREAS]. Who reviews it: [REVIEWERS]. Decisions the data supports: [DECISIONS].

Propose tables for Feedback, Themes, Customers and Actions with fields: source, date, quote (short), sentiment (single select), theme (linked record), customer type, severity, status and linked action. Include a form for team members to log feedback and views for new this week, by theme, top themes by count, and items without action. Themes must be agreed definitions, not free tags, and the list should stay under 15, reviewed quarterly.

Worked example: of 40 feedback items, 5 mention onboarding (12.5 percent), 8 pricing (20), 12 speed (30) and 15 other (37.5); a theme goes to the roadmap review once it exceeds five items in a month.

Set a monthly review: filter the last month, read three examples of each top theme, decide actions, update status, and close the loop with customers who asked. Remove personal data from quotes, store only what is needed, set a retention period, and mark field types [VERIFY].
