Design an Airtable base for inventory and orders. What we sell or stock: [ITEMS]. Suppliers and lead times: [SUPPLIERS]. How orders are received: [ORDER_FLOW]. How stock is counted: [COUNTING].

Propose tables for Items, Suppliers, Orders, Order lines and Stock movements, with fields and links. Compute stock on hand with a rollup of received minus sold, and flag reorders when stock falls below the reorder point. Worked example: 120 received, 85 sold gives 35 on hand; with a reorder point of 40, flag it.

Describe views for low stock, orders to pack and supplier orders. Explain how to enter a stock count correction without breaking history: add an adjustment movement instead of editing totals. Make every number traceable to movements and warn about double entry.

Give the field list per table, a short build order, a monthly stock-take routine and a reconciliation check. Mark rollup and automation behaviour you are unsure of [VERIFY].
