Audit my newsletters and automated email. A list of senders with approximate emails per month and how often I open them: [SENDER_LIST]. What I want from my inbox: [INBOX_GOALS]. Time I spend on newsletters: [TIME_SPENT].

Compute emails per month in total, the share I read, and the estimated minutes per month using handling times that I provide, with the arithmetic. Make a table with Sender, Emails per month, Opened, Value (1 to 5), and Decision (keep, batch weekly, unsubscribe, move to a label). Identify senders I never open and the ones that duplicate each other. Provide a method for unsubscribing safely (use the unsubscribe link in mail from senders I recognise, do not click links in suspicious messages, mark spam when appropriate), and a rule for re-subscribing. Draft a labelling and digest plan for the keepers.

Settings and features vary; mark them [VERIFY].

Add a worked example: 25 newsletters, about 140 emails a month, of which I open 31 (22 percent); at 40 seconds per opened email and 5 seconds per skipped one, that is about 21 plus 9 minutes a month; keeping the six most valuable would cut the volume to 40 emails. Include a weekly digest idea.
