Review delegate access in my Gmail account. People with access and their level: [ACCESS_LIST]. Types of mail I receive, including sensitive mail: [MAIL_TYPES]. What my organisation allows: [POLICY].

Check the need, level and risk for each person and whether access should have an end date. Remember that delegates can read and send as me, so access should be granted carefully, for a purpose, and removed when the purpose ends. Count the people with access before and after your recommendations. Settings depend on my account type and the administrator's rules [VERIFY].

Return a table with Person, Reason, Risk and Recommended change, a kindly written message to people losing access, a quarterly review, and a checklist for when someone leaves or changes role: remove access to shared mail, remove them from groups, check forwarding and filters they set up, and transfer ownership of shared labels or documents. Ask me anything you need that I did not list, such as what each person actually does with the access. Keep the message to people losing access under 80 words, and kind.
