Recognition and Feedback Practices Audit
Check whether good work is noticed fairly.

Audit recognition practices. Examples of recognition given over three months, by whom, and for what: [RECOGNITION_DATA]. Staff comments: [COMMENTS]. Budget: [BUDGET]. Check whether recognition is specific, timely and spread fairly across roles and locations, whether some work is invisible, and whether rewards match what staff value. Avoid assumptions about what motivates people. Return a table with Pattern, Concern and Option, and a plan with low-cost practices and a way to ask staff what they value. Also suggest looking at who is thanked and who is overlooked, including remote and behind-the-scenes staff, and trying peer recognition that is optional. Include a caution about public praise that some staff dislike, and an option for private thanks. Also ask staff, in a short anonymous question, what kind of thanks they find meaningful, and compare the answers with what the organisation currently gives. End with a plain-language paragraph I could forward to a colleague who has not seen the material, summarising the main findings and the agreed next steps.
