Review creative files delivered to us against our brand rules. Files and short descriptions: [DELIVERED_FILES]. Brand guidelines: [BRAND_GUIDELINES]. The original brief: [BRIEF]. Work in two parts. First, objective checks: take a numbered list of rules from the guidelines (colours, fonts, logo use and clear space, image quality, layout, text accuracy, file formats, naming) and mark each file pass, fail or not applicable, with the evidence. Count the pass rate per file and overall with the arithmetic. Second, a short section of judgement calls, clearly labelled as opinions and kept apart from rule breaches. Check whether the brief was met, listing each requirement and whether it was delivered. Return a table with File, Rule, Result, Evidence and Required change. Then draft the feedback message to the supplier: what works, what must change with the rule number for each item, and what the supplier may propose differently. Agree the number of revision rounds and a deadline. Keep the tone professional, specific and respectful, and do not criticise taste as if it were a rule.
