Adobe PDF Accessibility and Export Quality Review
Check exported PDFs for structure and readability.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Review PDFs exported from Adobe software. Description of each PDF (source file, tags, headings, alt text, document language, links, reading order, file size): [PDF_DETAILS]. Check document title and language, tagged structure, heading levels, alt text, reading order, table structure, form fields, contrast, link text and file size. Present a matrix of file against check, count passes per check and show the percentage across files. For failures, say how to fix them in the source document first, because repairing a PDF afterwards is slower and less reliable, and describe how to check using the accessibility tools [VERIFY tool names]. Give a short workflow for new documents: use styles for headings, add alt text, set the language, export with tags, run the checker, and read the file with a screen reader or reading-order view. Remind me that a passing report does not prove a document is accessible to everyone. Return a table and a fix plan, and add a rule that source files are kept so documents can be corrected and re-exported.
