Audit a design file package before handing it to a printer or another designer. Software and file list: [FILE_LIST]. Fonts used with licence information: [FONTS]. Linked images and their locations: [LINKS]. Recipient and what they will do with the files: [RECIPIENT].

Check for missing or modified links, images embedded versus linked, fonts present and licensed for the recipient's use, colour modes, image resolution, hidden layers and unused swatches. Present a table of each file with its links, fonts and status, and count problems by type, including the share of links that are broken.

Explain each problem's consequence: a missing link prints a low-resolution preview, and a missing font is substituted and changes the layout. Provide a packaging checklist and a README listing software versions, font names, contact and delivery date.

Educational note: sharing font files may be restricted by the licence, so send font names and licence information instead and check the terms [VERIFY]. Finish with a test on a clean machine: open the package and record what is missing. Ask for any information I have not given.
