Confluence Meeting Notes Archive Cleanup Plan
Sort a long list of Confluence meeting notes into keep, summarise and archive groups so old notes stop drowning useful pages.

We have far too many meeting notes pages in Confluence and nobody can find the decisions in them. I will paste a list of the pages with title, date, meeting series and whether anyone has viewed them lately: [MEETING_NOTES_LIST]. Our retention habit is [RETENTION_RULE], for example "keep 12 months". The teams involved are [TEAMS]. Sort every row into one of four groups: Keep as is, Extract decisions then archive, Archive now, and Needs a human look. Give me a table with the columns Page, Date, Group and One-line reason. Then give counts per group, and the percentage of the list each group represents with the sums shown. Next, list the meeting series that produce the most notes and say whether a single running page per series would be simpler. Finally, write a short template of five fields (Date, Attendees, Decisions, Actions with owners, Open questions) that future notes should follow. Only classify from the titles, dates and view information I give you; do not guess what happened in a meeting. If a page title suggests it may hold a legal, HR or client commitment, put it in Needs a human look, never in Archive now. Do not delete anything. Add a worked example with invented figures: for a list of 60 pages where 18 are older than the rule and unviewed, show how the groups and percentages come out.
