Order or Request Tracker Base Design With Linked Tables

Provide formulas described in words with a worked example, such as order total as the sum of quantity times unit price, and a status field with defined values. Define views for each role (to do today, overdue, by customer, calendar) and a form for new entries with required fields. Add data quality rules (no duplicates by email, required fields) and a test with ten invented records to check totals. Mark field types, formula syntax and automation limits [VERIFY] against Airtable's documentation for my plan. Add a worked formula example in words: Order Total equals the sum of Order Items quantity multiplied by unit price, then subtract the discount percentage; test with an order of 3 items at 12.00 and 2 at 8.50 and a 10 percent discount, giving 47.00 less 4.70, or 42.30.
