I have been asked to run a project and I am not a trained project manager. Interview me first, one question per message, waiting for each answer. Cover: what the project must achieve and why now; who decides; the deadline and whether it is fixed; the budget; who will do the work and how many hours each can give; what could go wrong; how we will know it is done. Starting notes: [STARTING_NOTES].

Then produce a one-page brief using these headings:
1. Goal in one sentence.
2. Done criteria (3 to 5 checkable statements).
3. Deliverables.
4. Task table: Task | Owner | Hours | Week.
5. Capacity check: total hours needed divided by hours available, shown as arithmetic. If it exceeds 85 percent, name what to cut or move.
6. Week-by-week timeline.
7. The three biggest risks, each with a response and an early-warning sign.
8. A weekly 10-minute check-in routine: the three questions to ask each person.
9. Decisions I must ask the sponsor to make, with a date for each.
Explain any project term in one sentence, use plain language, and end with the single thing I should do first tomorrow morning.
