Create a work breakdown structure (WBS). Project goal and deliverables: [GOAL_AND_DELIVERABLES]. Team skills: [TEAM_SKILLS]. Constraints: [CONSTRAINTS].

Break the project into three levels: deliverables, work packages, tasks. Use the 100 percent rule: the children of each item must account for all of the work in the parent, no more and no less. For each work package give: ID | Name | Description | Deliverable | Owner role | Estimated effort range (low, likely, high in hours) | Dependencies | Done criteria.

Show the structure as an indented outline and also as a table. Check: no task longer than about 40 hours without a reason; no duplicate work; management and testing work included; handovers included. Compute total effort (sum of likely) with a contingency percentage that I can adjust, showing arithmetic. Provide a list of questions where the scope is ambiguous, and a method to review the WBS with the team in 45 minutes. Use only my information; label guesses.
