Project Schedule Draft With Dependencies
Sequence tasks and find the critical path.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Build a schedule. Task list with durations and dependencies: [TASKS_AND_DEPENDENCIES]. Start date and working calendar: [START_AND_CALENDAR]. Resources and availability: [RESOURCES]. Compute for each task: earliest start, earliest finish, latest start, latest finish, and float (slack), showing the forward and backward pass arithmetic. Identify the critical path and total duration. Present as a table: ID | Task | Duration | Depends on | ES | EF | LS | LF | Float | Resource. Then: check resource overload (the same person on two tasks at once) and propose leveling; list tasks with high risk to the critical path; suggest ways to shorten (parallelize, add resources, reduce scope) with trade-offs; produce a milestone summary and a Gantt-style text chart. If dependencies form a loop or are missing, report it. Include assumptions about holidays and part-time availability. Do not invent tasks; ask me for missing data. Present the schedule as a table sorted by early start, state the project end date in working days and calendar dates, and list the three tasks where a one-day slip would move the end date, with the float shown for each.
