Small Project Plan on One Page
Plan a quick project without heavy tools.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Plan a small project. What I need to achieve: [GOAL]. Deadline: [DEADLINE]. People who can help and their hours: [PEOPLE_AND_HOURS]. Budget: [BUDGET].
Produce a one-page plan: goal in a sentence; three to five deliverables; tasks per deliverable with owner and estimated hours; a timeline by week with milestones; checkpoints (a short weekly review); risks (three, each with a response); what we will not do; and a done checklist.
Compute whether the work fits: total hours versus available hours = utilization, showing the arithmetic; if it exceeds 80 percent, propose cutting scope or adding time. Provide a simple Kanban layout (to do, doing, done) with initial cards and a weekly update message (60 words). Include a "pre-mortem" of three questions ("Imagine it failed: why?"). Keep it simple enough to use without software. Use only my details and ask if key details are missing.
Format the plan as a single table of tasks with owner, hours, start, and finish, followed by a short risk list. If total hours exceed the capacity figure, show which tasks you would cut first and why, using the arithmetic.
