Review my project plan. The plan (paste it or summarize): [PROJECT_PLAN]. The sponsor's expectations: [SPONSOR_EXPECTATIONS].

Score each dimension from 1 to 5 with evidence quoted from the plan: clarity of objectives and success measures; scope definition and exclusions; work breakdown completeness; estimates and basis; schedule logic and critical path; resource plan; risk management; communication plan; governance and change control; quality and testing; and realism of contingency.

Return a table: Dimension | Score | Evidence | Gap | Fix. Compute a total out of 55 with a verdict: ready (46 or more), ready with changes (35 to 45), not ready (under 35). Explain the thresholds are judgment calls. List the five questions a skeptical sponsor would ask and my best answers from the plan, flagging where the plan gives none. Do not assume anything not written; mark missing items "not in plan".

Cap the verdict: if scope definition or risk management scores 1 or 2, the plan cannot be 'ready' whatever the total. List the three smallest changes that would raise the lowest score by two points.
