Plan a kickoff meeting. Project summary: [PROJECT_SUMMARY]. Attendees: [ATTENDEES]. Meeting length: [LENGTH]. Known concerns: [CONCERNS].
Produce: an agenda with timings (welcome and purpose, background and goals, scope and out-of-scope, roles and responsibilities, timeline and milestones, how we will work, risks and concerns, questions, next steps); a pre-read list; slide outline (6 slides); a RACI starter table; ground rules; a way to surface concerns safely (anonymous cards or written round); a note-taking template; and a follow-up email (120 words) with decisions, actions, and dates.
Add a facilitation tip list, a checklist to confirm before the meeting (decision maker present, documents shared, room or call tested), and three questions to ask that reveal hidden risks ("What would make this fail?").
Provide the slide outline as six numbered slides with one headline each, a roles table, and the exact wording of the invitation (60 words) including time, place or link, pre-read, and what attendees should prepare. Cap the meeting at the length given and drop the lowest-priority agenda item if it overruns.
