I closed three deals in Q2 worth 84,000 in total (contracts attached). Under the 2024 plan, commission is 6 percent on bookings once the customer has paid, which gives 5,040. The company moved to a new plan on 1 July; I understood the new plan applies to deals closed after that date.
Could you send me the calculation for Q2 and the date it will be paid? If the company thinks a different plan applies, please send me that plan and say why. I am happy to talk it through this week.
