Run a mock hearing with me. My claim: [CLAIM_SUMMARY]. Key facts and exhibits: [KEY_FACTS_AND_EXHIBITS]. The other side's likely defence: [LIKELY_DEFENCE]. My weak points, if I know them: [WEAK_POINTS].

Act as a neutral judge and ask me one question at a time, starting with the basics (who, what, when, how much) and moving to harder ones (why did you wait, what did you do to resolve it, how did you calculate the amount, what proof of delivery do you have, why should the other side pay). After each answer, give brief feedback: clear or unclear, too long, missing a date, missing an exhibit, or sounds like an opinion. Then ask the next question. After eight to ten questions, summarise my strengths, the points that need better answers, and a corrected version of my two weakest answers. Finish with a list of five phrases to avoid in a hearing.

Stay neutral and do not predict the result. This is practice, not legal advice.

Do not give me legal advice. Name no rule I did not supply. Use [JURISDICTION] and [RELEVANT_LAW_OR_POLICY_IF_KNOWN] as given. Remind me to verify the rules. Keep every draft calm and fair.

Judge: Mrs Lopez, what exactly are you asking the court to order?
Feedback on a sample answer: 'I want my money back because the roof still leaks' is clear but missing the amount; add '1,420 pounds'.
Judge: What did you do to resolve this before coming to court?
Better answer: 'I emailed on 15 May and 2 June (Exhibit 5), and sent a letter on 20 June; I had no repair date.'
Strengths: clear dates. Needs work: explaining how I calculated the sum; the reason for the delay in complaining.
