Define the KPI cards for a Power BI report. KPIs wanted: [KPIS]. Targets and where they come from: [TARGETS]. Data fields available: [FIELDS]. Audience: [AUDIENCE].

Present a table. For each KPI: name, one-sentence definition, formula in words, data source and field, filters, time period, target, variance (difference and percentage; actual 92 against target 100 is -8, or -8 percent), colour rules for good, warning and bad with thresholds (add text or an icon, not colour alone), and the owner who can explain it. No KPI without a decision attached. Mark conflicts between definitions for me to resolve with the data owner. Add DAX outlines for two KPIs marked [VERIFY].

Provide a one-page KPI dictionary that can sit in the report as a help page and a checklist ensuring each KPI has an owner. Keep each definition short enough to fit on a tooltip. Where a target comes from a budget or an external source, name who owns it and when it was last confirmed, and say what the card shows if the target is missing.
