Describe and run these tests: pick a parent record, count its linked children by hand and compare with the count field; sum the child amounts and compare with the rollup; test a record with no children, one child, and a child linked to two parents if possible. Example: an order with lines of 12.50, 30.00 and 7.50 should roll up to 50.00. Recalculate three totals by hand and explain any difference. Check for records linked to the wrong parent, records with several links when only one is intended, orphaned records, rollups using the wrong field or filter (for example only paid lines), and inconsistent currency or decimal settings. Propose validation views that list records with zero or too many links. Return a table of findings tied to a record or formula, with fixes, advise a backup before restructuring, and set a monthly integrity check [VERIFY features].
