Airtable Automation and Integration Failure Audit
Check automations for silent failures and duplicates.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Review the automations and integrations in my Airtable base. List with trigger, actions and run history: [AUTOMATION_LIST]. Connected tools: [CONNECTED_TOOLS]. Failures or surprises: [FAILURES]. For each automation write one sentence describing it, the evidence of success or failure in the run history, and the worst thing it could do if it misfired. Check for automations that fail silently, run twice, depend on a field that was renamed, touch many records, send messages without a human check, or depend on one person's account. Test the logic in words against a normal, an empty and an unusual record, and rate each by risk and value. Prioritise those that touch customers or many records. Provide a standard test record and a test routine after any change: trigger it, check the result, check that nothing else changed, and check the notification. Recommend which to disable until tested and who decides. Return a table, a fix or remove plan, a monthly check, and a template to document each automation. Mark plan-dependent limits [VERIFY], say what cannot be judged from the list, and do not suggest removing an automation before asking its owner.
