Airtable Formula and Rollup Accuracy Audit
Check calculated fields against a manual calculation.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Check my Airtable calculated fields. Formulas, rollups and lookups with their field types: [CALCULATED_FIELDS]. Sample records with the values shown: [SAMPLE_RECORDS]. What the numbers are used for: [USE]. Pick records that stress the formulas most: one with blanks, one with the largest values, one with a date near a boundary such as month end, and one with several linked records. Recalculate each by hand and show the steps so I can follow them, then compare with the displayed result. Check how blanks, text numbers, time zones and rounding are handled, and which function behaviour you relied on, marking uncertain ones [VERIFY]. If a rollup double counts, show the two linked records responsible. Return a table with Field, Formula, Hand result, Shown result, Match and Fix. Say which records you checked and what you assumed. Suggest a check field that compares totals, a rule for documenting formulas, and a ten-minute test routine to run after any change to the base.
