Review default Zoom settings for my organisation as a defensive review of my own account. Current settings as known (waiting room, passcodes, who can screen share, chat and file transfer, recording and who can start it, authentication, personal meeting IDs, guest access, cloud recording sharing): [SETTINGS].

Provide two baselines in a table, ordinary internal meeting and sensitive meeting, with Setting, Current, Recommended, Reason and Who can change it: waiting room on, passcode required, screen sharing by host only for sensitive meetings, recording by host only, chat saving allowed or not, authenticated users only for sensitive ones, join before host off. Mark settings that only an administrator can change, and identify settings that are too open, those that block normal work, and those needing an owner. Rate by risk. Host checklist before large meetings: unique link not reused, co-hosts named, spotlight set, a plan for questions. Test procedure: schedule a test meeting with the sensitive settings, join with a second account without being invited and confirm the waiting room holds it, try to share a screen and start a recording as a participant and confirm both are blocked, and record the results. If a meeting is disrupted: remove, lock, report, document. Review quarterly with the administrator and after any incident. Mark setting names [VERIFY].
