Audit meeting practice using this data: meeting list with start delay, length, attendees, agenda present, decisions made, camera and chat use if known, and recurring or not: [MEETING_DATA]. Our meeting standards: [STANDARDS].

Define each measure first (on time means starting within two minutes of schedule) and state the sample size; data on decisions usually relies on memory or notes. Worked metrics (invented): of 60 meetings sampled, 41 had an agenda (68.3 percent), 22 started more than 3 minutes late (36.7 percent), 49 ended on time (81.7 percent), and 38 produced at least one recorded decision or action (63.3 percent). Also calculate the average start delay, average attendees and the largest meetings, grouping meetings by type and comparing, for example recurring meetings against one-offs. Offer three hypotheses for weak results (late starts caused by back-to-back scheduling) with a test for each, three findings with evidence, and a ten-rule meeting standard including a rule to cancel meetings with no agenda. Two-week trial: agenda sent 24 hours before, start on time, decisions recorded in the invitation notes, with a measure for comparison. These figures describe habits, not people.
