Worked example: a class of 24 with three people taking 60 percent of turns (54 of 90), 9 people never speaking, and chat contributions concentrated among six people. Propose two changes to test over four sessions (small groups, pair-and-share, a written first response in chat, rotating facilitators or a rotating time) while respecting those who prefer not to speak, with measures: the share of turns by the top three and the number of people contributing in any form. Return findings, the test plan and a three-question survey. Be fair, specific and kind.
