Trello Due Date and Reminder Practice Audit
Check whether due dates are used reliably.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Check how due dates are used on our board. Card data with due date, completion date and list: [CARD_DATA]. Habits we are told about: [HABITS]. Calculate the share of cards with due dates, completed on time, and overdue and still open, the average days late, and the share of due dates changed more than once if the data shows it, with arithmetic. Cards completed without a due date are not counted in the on-time rate; say so. Show a small table of on-time rate by list or label if the data supports it. Offer three explanations for any weak result with a simple test for each, focusing on process and tool habits, not blaming people. Recommend a rule for when a due date is required or optional, one reminder habit, a five-minute weekly review of overdue cards, and how to check next month whether they helped. State the number of cards analysed next to each percentage, and say which results are too uncertain to act on. Keep the recommended rule to one sentence that fits on the board's description.
