Find variants that should be separate products. Return a table with Product, Issue, Risk (red, amber, green) and Fix, a naming convention, and a test list for the purchase path. Also check what happens when a shopper changes option after adding to the cart, how stock is shown per option, and whether the product title keeps its meaning when variants are listed in search results. Suggest a monthly test purchase of three random variants to confirm the order matches what was chosen. Finish with a before and after comparison of the weakest item reviewed, so that I can see exactly what changes and judge whether the effort is worth it.
