I ran the accessibility checker on my PowerPoint deck. The findings list (type, slide, element): [CHECKER_FINDINGS]. Audience and distribution: [AUDIENCE_AND_DISTRIBUTION]. Time available: [MINUTES] minutes.

Group the findings by type and count them, with a total and the percentage each type contributes (arithmetic shown). Example (invented 24-slide deck): missing alt text 17, slides with no title 5, reading order problems 6. Explain each type in plain words, why it matters to a real user (for example a screen-reader user hearing 'Picture 12'), and how to fix it. Order the fixes so one action clears several warnings, for example fixing layouts to restore reading order, by effect and effort. For missing alt text, draft alt text if I describe the images: [IMAGE_NOTES]. Identify issues the checker may miss: reading order, contrast of text on images, meaning carried by colour, video captions, and link text.

Return a plan to fix everything within the time available and a way to keep new slides accessible by using the right layouts. Passing the checker does not prove the deck is accessible.

Invented checker output for a 24-slide deck. Missing alt text: 17. Slides with no title: 5. Reading order problems: 6. Low contrast: 3. Hard-to-read table: 2. Total 33.
Grouped fixes: using a layout with a title placeholder clears the 5 title warnings and 4 of the 6 reading order warnings; alt text for 17 images takes about 51 minutes at 3 minutes each; contrast and table fixes 30 minutes. Plan time: about 2 hours. Not detected by the checker: meaning carried by colour in two charts and the video without captions.
