PowerPoint Slide Master and Template Consistency Audit
Check that fonts, colours and layouts follow the template.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Audit a PowerPoint deck for template consistency. Description of the deck: [DECK_DESCRIPTION]. Brand and template rules: [TEMPLATE_RULES]. Observations (slides that look different, slides copied from other decks, slide masters present): [OBSERVATIONS]. Count the masters and layouts, the slides using layouts outside the template, and the share of slides affected. Check for multiple slide masters, fonts outside the theme, colours that are not theme colours, text boxes in place of placeholders, manual formatting, inconsistent title positions, and logos placed by hand. For each finding give the likely cause, how to confirm it in Slide Master view and the Selection pane [VERIFY], the fix, and the effort. Test: change a theme colour and see which items do not change. Return a table ranked by visible impact, with a clean-up order that avoids breaking the layout (apply the right layout before correcting fonts), and a plan to consolidate masters: apply the right layout, delete unused masters, and test.
