Check exports against platform and client specs.

[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Audit video exports against the destination's specification. List of exports with container, codec, resolution, frame rate, bitrate, audio format, loudness, captions, colour space, file size and destination: [EXPORT_LIST]. Specifications from the platform or client, which I will supply: [SPECS]. For each export compare line by line and mark Match, Differs or Unknown, then judge whether the difference matters. Explain why each matters in plain words: a wrong frame rate causes judder, wrong loudness gets audio turned down, and a missing caption file breaks accessibility. Check loudness against the target, safe areas for titles, captions included and file naming. Count exports that match every line and the share that differ in at least one. Return a table, then a pre-delivery checklist: play the file from start to end on a device that is not the editing machine, check the first and last frames, and check audio levels. Keep a record of the settings used for each delivery. Do not assume numbers I have not given; mark values [VERIFY].
