Audit the accessibility of a customer journey. The steps as I understand them (find, book, pay, receive, ask for help, complain): [JOURNEY_STEPS]. Channels offered (web, phone, in person, post): [CHANNELS]. Known barriers or complaints: [KNOWN_BARRIERS]. Customers who may be affected: [CUSTOMER_GROUPS].

For each step make a table with possible barriers by need (vision, hearing, mobility, cognitive, language, digital confidence, financial), what we currently offer, evidence I have, and a fix. Highlight steps where only one channel exists, where time limits apply, where identity checks are hard to pass, and where help is available only at certain hours. Score each step from 1 to 5 on ease of completing unaided and count the steps scoring 2 or less with the arithmetic. Suggest quick fixes and longer ones, a way to test with real users in a respectful way, and a feedback route.

Mark legal duties on accessibility and reasonable adjustments as [VERIFY] with a specialist.
