The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Prepare stakeholder interviews for a design or research project. Project: [PROJECT]. Stakeholders and roles: [STAKEHOLDERS]. What the team already assumes: [ASSUMPTIONS]. Decisions the research will support: [DECISIONS].
Write a 30-minute guide with timings:
1. Opening (3 minutes): why we are asking, how answers will be used, confidentiality.
2. Goals and success (7): how will you know this worked, and which numbers matter.
3. Users and customers as they see them (5).
4. Past attempts and what was learned (5).
5. Constraints (budget, technology, regulation, time), risks, and fears (5).
6. Competitors, alternatives, and who must approve (3).
7. What they want from the research (2).
Add: probes that separate opinion from evidence ("What have you seen that tells you that?"); extra questions for sales, support, engineering, and legal; a one-page summary template with columns Theme | Who said it | Evidence offered | Agreement or conflict; and a thank-you email of about 70 words. Treat comments as confidential, anonymize quotes in anything shared, and mark unknowns as questions.
