Set rules for consistent visual assets.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Write a style guide for icons and illustrations. Brand personality: [BRAND_PERSONALITY]. Where they appear: [USES]. Existing assets: [EXISTING_ASSETS]. Team: [TEAM]. Write numbered, testable rules, each with a check, for example Rule 4: all icons are drawn on a 24 by 24 grid with 2 point strokes and 2 point corner radius; check by overlaying the grid. Cover icons (grid and sizes, stroke or fill style, metaphors for common actions, filled versus outlined states, naming such as icon/action/delete) and illustrations (palette, level of detail, shadows, characters whose proportions represent diverse people inclusively). Add use rules: when to pair an icon with text, minimum sizes, decorative versus informative with text alternatives, and export formats and naming. Describe good and poor icons for common concepts in words, and list metaphors to avoid because they confuse readers or exclude people. Provide a checklist for new assets, a request process with a template, a review routine, and an inventory table with name, use, owner and date.
