Prepare a usability test for a Figma prototype. Product and user group: [PRODUCT_AND_USERS]. Flows in the prototype: [FLOWS]. What we want to learn: [LEARNING_GOALS]. Number of participants and session length: [PARTICIPANTS_AND_LENGTH]. Write an introduction script that says we are testing the design, not them; consent wording including permission to record [VERIFY local rules]; background questions; three to five tasks written as scenarios without naming interface labels; follow-up questions; success criteria for each task (completed, completed with difficulty, failed); and a note-taking template. Explain the prototype's limits (not all links work). Do not ask leading questions; give neutral prompts such as 'What are you thinking?'. Plan analysis: tally success, time and errors and group issues by severity. Task success rate: 7 of 10 completing a task is 70 percent, which with a small sample is only a guide. Include a pilot with a colleague and the changes to make afterwards. Keep the whole session within the time I gave and say which task to drop first if a participant runs slow. Write the tasks so a colleague could run the session from the script alone.
