Pass a project to a new owner.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Write a project handover document. Project status and history: [STATUS_AND_HISTORY]. Incoming owner's background: [INCOMING_OWNER]. Key contacts and documents: [CONTACTS_AND_DOCS]. Produce a document with: one-page overview; goals and current status; plan and next milestones; budget and commitments; stakeholders and relationship notes (professional only); risks, issues, and decisions pending; vendor and contract summary; where files are; unwritten knowledge (quirks, history of decisions and why); the first 30 days for the new owner; and a list of people to introduce them to. Add a handover meeting agenda (60 minutes), a checklist to ensure access to tools, and a follow-up plan for questions in the first month. Include cautions: do not include confidential personal opinions about individuals, and mark sensitive information. Provide the document as a numbered outline with a two-line description of each section, a table of open actions with owner and due date, and a checklist for the first week of the new owner. Include a section for decisions already made and why, so they are not reopened by accident, and a list of people the new owner should meet, with the topic for each meeting.
