Provide a set of 10 dimensions with descriptions for good and bad (for example delivering value, speed, fun, learning, mission, pawns or players, support, teamwork, health of the codebase or process, ease of release). Each person rates each dimension red, amber, or green, plus a trend arrow. Include a tally table and instructions for computing the share of red, amber, and green per dimension with arithmetic. Provide a 60-minute facilitation plan: explain, vote privately, reveal, discuss the lowest and most divided dimensions, agree on one or two improvements, and compare to the previous round. Add prompts for quiet participants, an anonymity option, and guidance on interpreting results (single data points are less useful than trends). Include a follow-up template. Provide the voting sheet, the instructions for tallying with the arithmetic for percentages, and a trend table to compare rounds. State what to do if every dimension is green (probe for silence) and if most are red (limit to one dimension).
