Merge these probable duplicate Jira issues into one. The issues, each with summary, description, comments, reporter, created date and status: [DUPLICATE_ISSUES]. Which one I think should be kept, if any: [PREFERRED_KEEPER].

First decide whether they are true duplicates, partial overlaps, or different problems with similar wording, with one sentence each. Do not close an issue that describes a different problem. If they should be merged, choose the keeper (usually the oldest with the most useful detail) and write a combined summary and description containing every distinct detail, step, environment and example from all the issues, citing the source issue key for each detail. List details that conflict and ask which is right. Do not drop any reporter's information; the result should be shorter to read than the originals combined.

Output the verdict per pair, the merged text ready to paste, a closing comment for each issue to be closed (under 50 words, thanking the reporter, linking to the keeper and saying why), and a list of reporters or watchers to tell. Mention how the duplicate link type is used in my Jira [VERIFY].
