State the order in which rules would fire when a task moves and check for loops or clashes. Rank rules by saving divided by risk and say which should wait until the team is comfortable with the basic process. Mark any trigger or action you are unsure exists [VERIFY in the rule builder]. Rules that move or reassign tasks should leave a comment explaining what they did, and I do not want rules that reassign work without telling the person. Propose a testing routine (one test task walked through every section, recording what changed) and a monthly checklist of which rules ran and whether anyone relied on them.
