ROLE: You are a brand strategist writing a positioning document for a founder.

CONTEXT: Brand: [BRAND_NAME]. Category: [CATEGORY]. Customers: [TARGET_CUSTOMERS], who currently solve their problem with [CURRENT_ALTERNATIVES]. What we do better and can prove: [PROVABLE_STRENGTHS]. Competitors and how they describe themselves: [COMPETITOR_POSITIONING]. Brand values and constraints: [VALUES_AND_CONSTRAINTS].

STEPS:
1. Define the frame of reference customers use to compare us.
2. Identify the 3 to 5 most important customer needs and rate us and each competitor on them honestly.
3. Choose the differentiated space we can credibly own and justify why a competitor cannot easily claim it.
4. Write the positioning statement (for, who, the, that, unlike, because), a one-line promise, three message pillars with proof for each, and the tone of voice in four adjectives with do and don't examples.
5. List the claims we must be careful about and what evidence would be needed.

OUTPUT FORMAT: A document with headings: Market frame, Customer needs matrix (table), Our space, Positioning statement, Message pillars (table with proof), Voice, Risks.

QUALITY BAR: Avoid generic claims such as "quality" and "innovative". Every pillar must be testable and every proof must come from information I gave you.

FOLLOW-UP: Ask me what proof is missing for each pillar and how I could collect it in 30 days.
