Write a design brief for a Canva presentation. Purpose and audience: [PURPOSE_AND_AUDIENCE]. Number of slides and time: [SLIDES_AND_TIME]. Brand rules: [BRAND_RULES]. Content outline: [OUTLINE].

Give the slide types as a table with purpose, layout, maximum words and an example (title, section, content, quote, data, image), with one idea per slide. Specify grid and margins, font sizes with minimums that I can adjust and that remain readable from the back of the room, colour use, image style, and chart rules (one message each, labelled directly, simple colours). Map my outline onto slide types and count slides by type.

Add guidance for speaker notes and accessibility (contrast, alt text, reading order [VERIFY]), a rehearsal plan with timing per slide and the total, an export plan (PDF as a backup with fonts checked, present live) and a checklist before presenting or sharing. Keep the brief to one page that a volunteer could follow without help. If my outline has more content than the time allows, say which sections to cut or move to an appendix.
