Prepare a receivables and payables report. Customer balances with due dates: [RECEIVABLES]. Supplier balances with due dates: [PAYABLES]. Cash available: [CASH]. Produce: totals owed to us and by us; a due-date table for the next 4 weeks (inflows and outflows by week with arithmetic); the net position (cash + expected receipts - payments due); overdue items in each category with the days overdue; the largest five on each side; and a recommended payment plan if cash is short (prioritize payroll, tax, and critical suppliers; negotiate the rest), with a note to confirm obligations to tax authorities with an accountant [VERIFY]. Add two short messages: a reminder to a late customer (60 words) and a request to a supplier for a short extension (70 words). Show the four-week table with opening cash, inflows, outflows, and closing cash, flag any week where closing cash falls below one week of costs, and give the order in which to pay suppliers if cash is short, with a reason.
