Write a monthly report for a non-financial owner. Figures this month and last month (revenue, costs, profit, cash, receivables, payables): [FIGURES]. Notable events: [EVENTS]. Goals for the year: [GOALS].

Produce a one-page report with: a three-sentence summary that starts with the most important message; a small table of five key numbers with last month, this month, and change in percent (arithmetic shown); "What went well" (2 points); "What needs attention" (2 points); cash position and how many weeks of costs it covers (cash / weekly costs); money owed to us and by us; and decisions needed from the owner.

Use everyday words: say "money in the bank" not "liquidity". Avoid unexplained abbreviations. Add a glossary of five terms in a sentence each, a section that separates facts from estimates, and a short email cover note of 60 words. Do not invent numbers; ask for any that are missing.

Keep the whole report under 300 words. If cash fell while profit rose, explain the reason in two sentences using the receivables or stock figures, and put the single decision the owner must make in a highlighted line at the top.

Frame the results as estimates that depend entirely on the inputs I provided above. The result is informational, not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. Before you use this, a qualified accountant or financial adviser with knowledge of [JURISDICTION] should verify it.
