Explain my balance sheet in plain language for an owner who is not an accountant. Balance sheet with amounts: [BALANCE_SHEET]. The owner's questions or concerns: [OWNER_QUESTIONS]. Work in this order and label each part: 1. Check that assets = liabilities + equity, showing the sum. If it does not balance, stop and say which figures to recheck. 2. Walk through current assets (cash, receivables, stock), fixed assets, current liabilities, long-term liabilities, and equity, one short paragraph each, with a one-sentence everyday analogy. 3. Calculations with the arithmetic shown: working capital = current assets - current liabilities; current ratio = current assets / current liabilities; debt share = total liabilities / total assets where the data allows. 4. For each result, say what a 10 percent rise or fall would mean for this business. Do not claim a universal good or bad level. 5. A table of anything unusual (negative equity, large owner loan, ageing receivables, stock that looks high) written as a question for the accountant, not as a conclusion. Give five questions in total. 6. A summary paragraph of at most 90 words, noting that a balance sheet shows one date only. Answer the owner's own questions last, referring to the figures. State clearly that all figures and conclusions are estimates built from my inputs only. No part of this is accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. Confirm the output with a qualified accountant or adviser who knows [JURISDICTION] before acting on it.
