Prepare a question list for an owner meeting with the bookkeeper. Reports I received: [REPORTS_RECEIVED]. Concerns: [CONCERNS]. Business type: [BUSINESS_TYPE].

Produce 25 questions grouped as: accuracy ("When were the bank accounts last reconciled?"), cash and tax ("How much should I be setting aside for tax, and where is that tracked?"), receivables and payables, profit ("Which products or customers are most profitable?"), costs, reporting ("Which three numbers should I watch each month?"), controls ("Who can approve payments?"), and year-end ("What do you still need from me?").

For each question include: why it matters, a good answer sounds like, and a warning sign. Add a short script to open the meeting respectfully, a checklist of documents to bring, and a follow-up email template (70 words) that confirms actions agreed. Make the tone collaborative, not accusatory. Remind me that I remain responsible for my business's records and filings [VERIFY with an accountant].

Order the questions so the five most important come first, mark which ones can be answered from a standard report and which need extra work, and add a suggested time limit for the meeting of 45 minutes.
