Review a sample of my notes for quality and decide what to keep. A sample of 10 to 20 notes (title, date, tags, links, and the text or a summary): [NOTE_SAMPLE]. What the knowledge base is for: [PURPOSE].

Score each note from 1 to 5 on:
1. Usefulness: would I plausibly use this again for the stated purpose?
2. Clarity: understandable without the original context.
3. Findability: a good title, links, and tags.
4. Connections: linked to related notes or projects.
5. Originality: my own thinking versus copied text.
6. Currency: still accurate and relevant.
7. Source: references recorded.

For each note, return the scores, the verdict (keep as is, improve, merge with another note, archive, delete), and the specific action. Then summarize patterns (for example too many clippings with no comment), recommend rules for new notes (add a summary sentence, link to at least one other note, tag type and status), propose a quarterly pruning routine with a time limit, and a way to protect against deleting something valuable (archive for 90 days first). Include a checklist to decide quickly (Will I search for this? Does it spark an idea? Is it replaceable from the source in 30 seconds?). Don't judge the content of private notes beyond what I shared.
