Design a project tracking system in Notion. Types of projects and my role: [PROJECT_TYPES]. Number of active projects: [NUMBER_OF_PROJECTS]. Collaborators: [COLLABORATORS]. How I currently track work: [CURRENT_TRACKING]. Return tables: 1. Database design: Database | Purpose | Properties (name, type, options, formula or relation) | Notes. Include Projects, Tasks, Milestones, Meetings, and optionally Clients. 2. Relations and rollups: which relate to which; rollups for task completion percent, next due date, and overdue count; formulas (write them in Notion formula syntax and explain each). 3. Views: Projects by status (board), Tasks due this week (calendar or list), My tasks, Overdue, Timeline view for milestones, and a gallery view of project overviews. 4. Status options and definitions to avoid ambiguity (not started, planning, active, waiting, done). 5. Templates: a project page template with goal, scope, stakeholders, plan, risks, decisions log, and a task template. 6. Weekly review checklist. 7. Common mistakes (too many properties, no definition of done, duplicating information). 8. A build checklist with time estimates. Provide sample data for two projects and the expected rollup values so I can check the setup. Formula syntax can change between versions; tell me to confirm in the app documentation.
